Summary

This study looks at whether different types of exercise (aerobic, resistance, or both) during pregnancy can improve the health of both mother and baby, especially in preventing childhood obesity. Researchers will follow 300 overweight or obese pregnant women and their infants for one year after birth. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to lower future obesity risk in children.
