Summary
This study aimed to understand how exercise might help protect the aging brain. Researchers had 60 healthy but inactive adults aged 50-80 complete a 12-week, supervised exercise program. They measured changes in thinking skills and specific hormones in the blood before and after to see if exercise could improve brain health markers.
