Summary
This study aims to check if a new questionnaire, called the Exercise Health Beliefs Attitude Scale, works well for people aged 65 and older. Researchers will ask 200 older adults to fill out the scale and a physical activity survey. The goal is to better understand seniors' attitudes toward exercise, which could help promote healthier aging.
