Can one workout be a painkiller for kids?
NCT ID NCT07182006
Summary
This study aims to understand if a single session of intense aerobic exercise can temporarily reduce pain sensitivity in young people, both with and without chronic pain conditions. Researchers will measure pain responses before and after exercise in 66 youth participants. The goal is to gather evidence to help design future exercise-based treatments for chronic pain, potentially reducing reliance on medications.
