Exercise program aims to fix 'Upper cross Syndrome' in breast cancer survivors

Summary

This study will test if a specific exercise program can improve forward head posture and shoulder movement in women who have had a mastectomy. Sixty women aged 45-65 with upper cross syndrome will participate. The program focuses on exercises to correct posture and increase range of motion.
