Can special exercises ease future Therapists' own back pain?

NCT ID NCT07177001

Summary

This study has two main goals. First, it aims to find out how common neck and back pain is among physical therapy students in Jamaica. Second, for students who do have pain, it will test whether an 8-week program of spine-specific exercises works better than general exercise to reduce their pain and improve function. About 120 students will be involved.
