Sitting too much? 4-Week exercise program aims to fix your back and boost your life
NCT ID NCT07447167
Summary
This study is testing whether a 4-week program of specific back and core exercises can improve movement control, balance, and overall quality of life for healthy adults who sit a lot and don't exercise regularly. Forty participants will be randomly assigned to either do the supervised exercise program or just receive general stretching and posture advice. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, movement patterns, and balance before and after the program to see if the exercises help.
