Summary

This study looks at whether a structured exercise program can help children, teens, and young adults (ages 12-39) with sarcoma complete more of their planned chemotherapy. Participants will either exercise or receive standard care. The goal is to see if exercise is feasible and helps patients feel satisfied and stay on track with treatment.
