Exercise may ease psoriatic arthritis pain and boost heart health

Summary
This study tests whether 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training and strength training can improve heart and metabolic health in people with psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will also measure effects on fitness, pain, fatigue, and quality of life. The trial aims to enroll 88 adults aged 18-65 with stable medication.
