This study is testing whether a 12-week program of high-intensity aerobic and strength training can improve heart health, fitness, and overall well-being in people with psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will enroll 88 adults to see if this exercise plan can reduce inflammation, pain, and fatigue while boosting physical function and quality of life. The goal is to understand if structured, intense exercise can be a helpful part of managing this chronic condition.
