Exercise may ease psoriatic arthritis symptoms and heart risks

Summary

This study looks at whether 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training and strength training can improve heart function, metabolism, and inflammation in people with psoriatic arthritis. About 88 adults aged 18-65 with stable medication will participate. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce pain, fatigue, and improve quality of life.
