Can simple exercises ease the burden of pregnancy?
NCT ID NCT07170124
Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program could help pregnant women feel better. 100 women in their third trimester were split into two groups: one did a 4-week, supervised exercise program, while the other received standard prenatal care. Researchers measured changes in depression, common pregnancy complaints, and overall quality of life to see if the exercises made a difference.
