Summary

This study is testing whether specific leg exercises can improve blood circulation and walking ability in older adults who have poor leg circulation or chronic wounds. Researchers will compare three different exercise programs over 12 weeks to see which works best. The goal is to find safe, drug-free ways to help elderly people move better and heal wounds by improving their leg blood flow.
