Summary
This study is testing whether a structured exercise program helps children and young adults (ages 2-25) who are newly diagnosed with cancer and undergoing treatment. Researchers want to see if exercising 30 minutes, five days a week, helps maintain physical function and improves quality of life compared to usual care. The study will measure walking ability, motor skills, and overall well-being during cancer treatment.
