This study aims to find out which type of exercise helps people with Parkinson's disease the most. Researchers will compare different supervised exercise programs to see how they affect movement, balance, endurance, and quality of life. The study involves 45 adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's who can walk on their own. Participants will exercise several times a week for 8 weeks and be tested before, after, and one month later.
