Ancient exercise meets modern science to ease aching backs
NCT ID NCT06853132
Summary
This study is testing if adding a specific exercise program called Baduanjin to usual post-surgery care can help elderly patients with osteoporosis and herniated discs in their lower back. Researchers want to see if the exercises reduce pain, build strength, and improve quality of life better than standard care alone. The study will involve 110 Chinese patients who have just had back surgery.
