Summary
This study aims to find out how common neck and back pain is among nursing students in Jamaica. For students who have pain, researchers will test if an 8-week program of spine-specific exercises works better than general exercises to reduce pain and improve their knowledge about spine health. The study will involve about 400 nursing students.
