Summary

This study aims to see how common neck and back pain is among staff at a university in Jamaica and to test if a special 8-week spine exercise program works better than general exercise to reduce pain. It will involve 200 full-time staff members who report pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise groups to compare results.
