Can a 12-Week exercise plan slow down multiple sclerosis?
NCT ID NCT06676618
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program can help control multiple sclerosis (MS) and improve daily function. Researchers will enroll 40 people with MS to compare those doing the exercises (a mix of in-person and video sessions) to a group that does not. They will measure changes in brain activity, physical ability, fatigue, and quality of life to see if the training makes a difference.
