Summary
This study tests a new exercise program for people with mild cognitive impairment (early memory loss) due to Alzheimer's. The program focuses on doing two tasks at once, like walking while counting. Researchers want to see if it improves walking, balance, and thinking. About 45 adults over 50 will exercise twice a week for three months and be compared to a standard exercise group and a control group.
