Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week online exercise program can reduce menopause symptoms and improve mental and physical health. About 90 women going through perimenopause or early postmenopause will either join the exercise classes or continue their normal routine. The goal is to see if regular, guided workouts can make this life stage easier.
