Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week online exercise program can help reduce common menopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep problems. Researchers will enroll 70 women aged 40-60 who are experiencing menopause symptoms. Half will participate in three weekly Zoom exercise classes combining cardio and strength training, while the other half continues their normal activities.
