Summary
This study is testing whether a physical activity program can help improve health and well-being for midlife Hispanic women going through menopause who have elevated blood pressure. It will enroll 40 sedentary women to see if the exercise program is practical and if it leads to positive changes in activity levels and blood pressure. The main goal is to understand if this approach is feasible for this specific group.
