Scientists test if working out can sharpen memory in epilepsy
NCT ID NCT04959019
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week exercise program could help improve memory in adults with a common type of epilepsy. Researchers compared people who did the exercise program to a group that did not. They also used brain scans to see if exercise caused changes in the brain linked to better memory and checked if any improvements lasted six weeks after the program ended.
