First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week supervised exercise program can reduce fatigue in adults with advanced melanoma who are receiving immunotherapy or targeted therapy. About 104 participants will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group (online and in-person sessions) or a control group with no structured exercise. The goal is to see if regular physical activity improves tiredness, quality of life, and physical fitness.
