Can virtual workouts and group chat ward off lung cancer in smokers?

NCT ID NCT06445192

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week program of virtual exercise classes and group counseling can change gut bacteria and reduce body-wide inflammation in people at high risk for lung cancer. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and if it improves health markers. The goal is to understand if exercise and support can help prevent lung cancer in smokers and former smokers.
