Summary
This study compares two types of exercise—lumbar stabilization exercises and muscular chain therapy—to see which one works better for reducing pain and improving daily function in people with chronic low back pain. About 42 adults aged 18 to 30 with mechanical low back pain will take part. Results will be measured after 6 weeks to find the more effective approach.
