Finding the best home exercises to fight knee arthritis pain
NCT ID NCT05054686
Summary
This study tested different combinations of supervised and home exercises to see which works best for reducing pain and improving movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. Forty-five adults aged 45-74 with moderate knee arthritis followed one of three 8-week exercise plans, mixing activities like stretching, strengthening, and cycling. Researchers measured changes in pain, daily function, and joint awareness to guide better home exercise recommendations.
