Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise routine (30 minutes, five days a week) helps children and young adults aged 2–25 with newly diagnosed cancer maintain physical function and emotional well-being during chemotherapy. Participants are randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce treatment side effects and improve quality of life.
