NCT ID NCT07361848
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a long-hold isometric exercise can reduce pain and improve function in competitive weightlifters with patellar tendinopathy (jumper's knee). About 24 athletes will either do the supervised exercise or follow routine training. Researchers will measure pain, tendon health via ultrasound, and performance to see if this approach is safe and effective.
