Summary

This study is testing whether regular cardiovascular exercise can help reduce symptoms for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) who have a sedentary lifestyle. Researchers will work with 30 adults with moderate IBS symptoms to see if a supervised exercise program improves their gut symptoms and overall well-being. The study will also explore how exercise might affect diet, mood, gut bacteria, and fitness levels.
