Could a simple walk be the key to fighting IBD exhaustion?
NCT ID NCT02861053
Summary
This small study explored whether a regular, moderate physical activity program could help reduce the chronic fatigue that affects many people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers worked with a few adult patients whose IBD was in remission to see if exercise could improve their energy levels and quality of life. The main goal was to measure changes in fatigue and physical performance after participants followed the activity plan.
