Summary
This study tested whether a simple exercise program could help older adults feel better during a hospital stay. Researchers assigned 100 hospitalized patients aged 65 and older to either do daily exercises or receive standard care. The goal was to see if activities like walking and light resistance training could improve their strength, mood, and ability to do daily tasks.
