NCT ID NCT04835831
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a tailored exercise program can help people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) reduce fat in their liver. About 115 adults with NAFLD will follow a personalized diet and exercise plan for several months. The main goal is to see if liver fat decreases by at least 10% after the program, and if the benefits last six months later.
