Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week home exercise program could improve heart and blood vessel health in women who had finished treatment for early-stage endometrial cancer. Thirty-three participants received exercise equipment, a fitness tracker, and virtual coaching to follow a combined aerobic and strength training plan. Researchers measured changes in blood vessel stiffness, function, and overall heart disease risk before and after the program.
