Summary
This study is testing a 12-week exercise program for middle-aged and older adults who have both type 2 diabetes and sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). The program mixes supervised training, home exercises, and digital support. Researchers want to see if it improves muscle strength, physical function, blood sugar control, and quality of life.
