Can a 12-Week walk and workout plan boost your mood?
NCT ID NCT06450704
Summary
This study is testing if adding a 12-week supervised exercise program to standard antidepressant medication helps people with depression feel better. Researchers want to see if exercise reduces brain inflammation and improves symptoms more than medication alone. They will enroll 124 adults with moderate depression and track their mood, brain scans, and fitness for a year.
