Can exercise recharge the body and mind in menopausal depression?
NCT ID NCT07417709
Summary
This study is testing whether a tailored exercise program can improve how the body's cells produce energy and reduce depression symptoms in menopausal women. It will compare the exercise program to a non-exercise therapy in 52 women receiving psychiatric care. The main goal is to see if exercise helps muscles recover oxygen faster after activity, which is linked to better cell function.
