Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week exercise program works better than an 8-week one at reducing nerve pain, numbness, and weakness caused by chemotherapy in people with colorectal cancer. Researchers will enroll 50 sedentary patients to participate in supervised strength training. The main goal is to find the most effective exercise plan to improve quality of life during cancer treatment.
