Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week exercise program can help reduce burnout and compassion fatigue in healthcare workers who care for cancer patients. About 70 participants will choose between supervised circuit-based resistance training or nature-based walking. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving well-being.
