Can home workouts fight cancer treatment exhaustion?

Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week home exercise program can help reduce the severe fatigue that often comes with metastatic breast cancer treatment. Researchers will enroll 80 patients who are receiving Enhertu medication and experiencing fatigue. Participants will follow an unsupervised workout plan combining aerobic activity and strength training to see if it improves their energy levels and quality of life.
