Can lifting weights lift spirits? study tests exercise for cancer fatigue
NCT ID NCT06960720
Summary
This study is testing whether a 3-month strength training program is a practical way to help breast cancer survivors in Appalachia manage their fatigue. Researchers want to see if people with different income levels can stick with the program. The main goal is to understand what makes it easier or harder for survivors to start and continue exercising.
