First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether adding special breathing exercises to aerobic training can improve lung function, exercise ability, and quality of life in adults who had surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot, a heart condition. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one does breathing plus aerobic exercises, the other does aerobic exercises only, both for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure lung function, walking distance, and quality of life before and after the program.
