NCT ID NCT04458532

Summary

This study aims to find the most effective aerobic exercise program to improve heart and lung fitness in women who have completed treatment for early-stage breast cancer. Researchers will compare different amounts and durations of exercise to see which plan best helps participants' bodies use oxygen more efficiently. The goal is to help survivors feel stronger and improve their physical health after cancer treatment.
