Can a workout plan stop the agony of cancer drug side effects?
NCT ID NCT07295457
Summary
This study is testing if starting a personalized exercise program right when hormone therapy begins can prevent or reduce the severe joint and muscle pain it often causes. It will involve 182 postmenopausal women with early-stage breast cancer. Half will start the exercise program, while the other half receives usual care, to see if early activity leads to less pain and better quality of life.
