Summary
This study tests a 12-week structured exercise program for 120 women who currently do not exercise. The goal is to see if it can strengthen chest muscles, improve breast firmness and lift, and reduce low back pain. Participants will either follow the special program or do general exercise, and results will be measured with strength tests and surveys.
