Summary

This study is testing whether a 16-week home exercise program can improve heart health in Black men with prostate cancer who are receiving hormone therapy. Researchers will compare a group doing supervised virtual workouts with a group maintaining their usual activity. The goal is to see if exercise reduces heart disease risk while also improving fitness, body composition, and quality of life.
