Summary

This study tests whether a 16-week exercise program designed for Black men with prostate cancer can lower their risk of heart disease. Participants are on hormone therapy (ADT), which can increase heart risks. The program includes aerobic and resistance exercises, and the study will compare their heart health to those receiving usual care.
