Sweat away anxiety: study tests best exercise intensity

Summary

This study looks at whether low or high intensity exercise is better for reducing anxiety in adults who don't currently exercise. 90 people with anxiety disorders will do 8 weeks of either gentle or gradually more intense workouts. Researchers will track changes in anxiety symptoms and how exercise affects mood and motivation.
