Scientists measure Exercise's hidden effects in Women's blood

NCT ID NCT07181044

Summary

This study aimed to understand how regular exercise affects certain blood markers in healthy young women. Researchers compared 15 women who exercised regularly for at least a year with 15 women who didn't exercise regularly. They measured two specific blood markers—one related to stress on proteins and another related to the body's antioxidant defenses—to see if exercise made a difference.
