Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of exercise affect memory and brain health in older adults. Researchers will enroll 280 healthy adults aged 65-80 and assign them to different 26-week exercise programs, including aerobic training, strength training, or a combination. The goal is to see which exercise approach best supports cognitive function and brain structure to help guide public health recommendations for healthy aging.
