New study: exercise and sex ed may ease endometriosis sexual struggles

Summary
This study tests whether combining therapeutic exercise with sexual education can improve sexual function and satisfaction in people with endometriosis. 28 adults in Spain will be split into two groups: one gets exercise plus education, the other gets exercise only. Researchers will measure changes in sexual function, self-concept, and physical responses over 8 weeks, plus a 4-week follow-up.
