First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week home program combining exercise and a limited eating window is practical for breast cancer survivors who are on hormone therapy and feel fatigued. Twenty participants will track their steps, do resistance band exercises, and eat within a 10-hour window each day. The goal is to see if this approach is doable and might help reduce tiredness.
